Iva Mae in pink
Little Iva Mae is smiling happily. She is taking her beloved bear to a tea party at Auntie's house. And she picked some pretty flowers for Auntie. Iva Mae is a 14.5" doll made from white porcelain. Her skin tones are applied in a series of three fired-on color washes which add dimension and luster to the porcelain. Then she receives five more firings of color to achieve the richness of shading and color to bring out her delicate features and add realism. She has blonde human hair with long braids in the back and green soft-glass eyes. Her party dress is made of dusty rose swiss batiste trimmed with laces and ribbons. Her shimmering pink shoes are leather.
